Racing Career : Aaron started racing go-carts in 1993. With 38 feature wins between 1993-1997, with 1 track championship in 1996. July 4, 1997 Aaron made his late model debut, at the age of 14. In 1998, he was the Carter County Speedway Rookie of the Year. Aaron won 8 late model features in 1999. In 2000, he would win 1 feature. In 2001, Aaron was the Thunder Mountain Speedway Track Champion with 1 feature win that year also. In 2002, Aaron won 2 features while racing on the Battle of the Bluegrass Series, finishing 9th in the overall series standings, also being named the Most Improved Driver. In 2003, Aaron won 3 races while competing on the BoB Series and finished 3rd in the series standings. 2004 was an awesome year for Aaron Hatton Racing. With 6 runner-up finishes, Aaron was crowned 2004 O'Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Champion!
